This phase covers the full design and planning process, culminating in a detailed estimate that reflects real scope, real materials, and real costs. You won't be left wondering what's happening on your job site. Our Cost Distribution model gives you a transparent view of how your budget is being deployed throughout the build. Weekly reports keep you informed of progress, upcoming decisions, and any items that require your input.
